We provide executive teams coaching and transition point coaching for teams and organisations.

High performance organisations and their people adapt to and work well with the dynamics and trends that shape our business environment. High performing teams share a range of common characteristics: they are built on mutual trust; have shared vision and goals; enjoy shared leadership and accountability; think from a customer perspective; and work well with feedback. They also continuously learn and develop.

Executive teams coaching

This coaching works with the team as a whole and its members individually. The focus is on individual capability and team dynamic. Organisations use this option to build a high performing team, for specialist assignments and new challenges, or to repair teams that are no longer working cohesively.

Coaching sessions explore the core themes of trust, responsibility and accountability which are central to team performance. Individuals explore their own capability and their performance within the team dynamic. Executives are equipped to give feedback to one another to enable individual and group growth so that they can move forward together confidently with a shared sense of vision and purpose.
Team coaching sessions are typically held quarterly throughout the year with individual sessions delivered in between.

Transition point coaching

This form of team coaching is for new or recently promoted staff. This includes individuals and groups of staff, such as new graduate intakes, to set them up for success in their new roles and as future leaders. The focus is on taking on a new role, gaining the requisite skills and functions and operating in the new environment and culture. It deals with issues typically experienced in the first 90 days of a new job.

The duration of coaching is determined by the organisation.
