A professional development opportunity for Owner/Managers of Small and Medium Size Enterprises (SMEs)
What is Leadership 21?
A program specifically designed to meet the needs of Owner/Managers of Australian SME's. Leadership 21 was designed in partnership with Enterprise Connect, in consultation with Owner/Managers, and is based on outstandingly successful programs from New Zealand and the UK.

Leading an organisation can be isolating and stressful – especially in a world that is changing faster and faster. New technologies, changing markets, changing government regulations, even successes such as growth and expansion inevitably create new challenges. With so many demands on your time, it is easy to become reactive.
Leadership 21 is an opportunity to work 'on your business', rather than 'in your business'. Take the time out to do strategic planning and implement business improvements, with the support of a business coach and leading world experts. Connect with a network of other Owner Managers, much like yourself. Update and expand your business, leadership and management skills.
This program is based on similar programs which have been very successful in the UK and New Zealand. Participants report business growth, increased revenue, increased profitability and improved work/life balance.

About the program
The program includes:
- Five one on one coaching sessions, with a qualified business coach
- Six group coaching sessions, in which you will connect with other Owner/Managers facing similar challenges to yourself
- Four workshops ('modules') in which you will learn from leading experts in business, leadership and management on topics including Business analysis, Strategic planning, Managing people and Marketing and sales.
