Lisa Vos has over 15 years experience in the fields of Leadership Development, Organisational Development and Executive Education. Her expertise in providing learning and development solutions for people and organisations are grounded in a solid understanding of the different functional disciplines in organisations and the ways these interact. Increasing effectiveness of people, teams and organisations is Lisa's profession and her passion.
Lisa has a particular interest in process driven methodologies, such as Appreciative Inquiry, Open Space Technology, World Cafe. She has used these, and other models for leadership and personal effectiveness, to great effect with clients across the globe. In all her work, Lisa demonstrates the drive and energy to set things in motion, a clear insight into the dynamics between people and the capacity to lead and guide people through these intense development processes.
Lisa's extensive experience includes having held senior positions in a number of European executive education institutions. Most notably, Program Manager, Executive Programs at Nyenrode Business University and General manager, Academy of Management at Groningen - a company related to the University of Groningen. In both these roles Lisa designed and delivered leadership development and strategic management programs for Senior Managers. She worked with a broad range of organisations from the public, private and not-for-profit sectors.
Immediately prior to joining Mt Eliza Executive Education, Lisa ran a highly successful private consultancy in The Netherlands. She worked with a wide range of clients in the areas of Leadership Development, Organisational Development and Culture Change.
Lisa holds an MSc in Business Administration (Rijksuniversity of Groningen, The Netherlands, 1995) and has undertaken an impressive range of professional development programs in areas of personal development, communication and leadership. Lisa has also successfully completed the renowned Professional Development Programme of the IOD in Leuven (BEL), which greatly enhanced her abilities as an OD consultant.
